VibeUp is a live-streaming and voice-party app. Watch and host live rooms, take a mic seat in a party room, send a gift that fills the screen, and keep the conversation going in DMs — without ever leaving the room you're in.

Browse a wall of rooms that are on air right now, then swipe up and down to hop between them without going back to the list. Send gifts, follow a host, and watch PK battles play out on a split screen with both scores climbing in real time. The biggest gifts run as full-screen animations with a real transparency channel, so the room stays visible behind them.
浏览正在开播的房间墙，然后上下滑动直接换房，不必退回列表。送礼、关注主播， PK 时两边画面各占半屏、双方分数实时爬升。最大额的礼物是带真实透明通道的 全屏动效 —— 动效放的时候，房间画面仍然看得见。
Voice rooms built around a grid of mic seats — audio seats, video seats and a queue you can line up in. Ask to join, react from your seat, put on room music, and see the room's top three contributors stacked at the top. Hosts and managers get the full seat controls: mute, lock, invite, remove.

Direct messages with photos, video and shareable cards, plus your conversations, unread counts and history in one list. Open a chat from inside a room and it slides up as a half sheet over the room instead of pushing a new page: the stream keeps playing and the voice never drops.

Languages语言
VibeUp follows your iPhone's language setting. Arabic gets a dedicated right-to-left pass — layout, icons and gestures included, not a mirrored screenshot.

These are the exact reasons the app gives iOS when it asks. Nothing is requested at launch.

Camera access is used when you publish video or update your profile.

You can report a user or a room from inside the room, and block someone so they stop reaching you. Every report goes to a human queue for review.

VibeUp prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation without exception. Our published standards describe what is banned, how to report it, and what we do when we find it.

Support支持
Support runs inside the app, where we can see which account is asking. Open VibeUp and go to Me → Settings → Customer Support, then include your user ID in the message. That is the fastest route for account, purchase and moderation questions alike.

There is no password. VibeUp signs you in automatically on first launch and your account belongs to that install, which is why the app works the moment you open it. The flip side is that it is tied to this device: signing in on a second phone gives you a second, separate account. Cross-device account recovery is not available yet — if you change phones and need your progress, contact support before you remove the app.

In the app, go to Me → Settings → Delete Account. This makes your account permanently inaccessible from the app: you cannot sign back into it, and its balance, inventory and messages become unreachable. Data already stored on our servers is retained rather than erased — the privacy policy sets out what is kept and why. If you want to ask about data we hold, use the in-app support route above and include your user ID.

Everything you buy in VibeUp on iPhone goes through Apple's In-App Purchase. There is no other payment path — we will never ask you to pay on a web page, and any site that does is not us. Because Apple takes the payment, Apple also handles refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase went through but the coins never arrived, contact support with your user ID and the Apple receipt.

The VIP page shows the tiers and what each one includes, but buying it is not open yet, and neither are the VIP or recharge history pages. The buttons tell you so rather than failing silently. We would rather leave them closed than ship a page that shows you an incomplete record of your own money.

They are not part of the iOS version. Rather than show you an entry point that leads to a placeholder, we left them out entirely — so if you cannot find them, nothing is broken and there is no setting to hunt for.

iPhone on iOS 17 or later. VibeUp is an iPhone app: there is no separate iPad layout and no Mac version, so it is not offered on those devices rather than offered in a stretched form.

Report them from inside the room — open their profile card and choose Report, picking the reason that fits. Blocking them stops them reaching you while the report is reviewed. If someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact your local emergency services first; we cannot dispatch help.
